Job Description

About Telly: Telly is reinventing television and reimagining advertising. Named one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies,” Telly is building the first free, ad-supported dual-screen smart TV experience.

We’re bringing together leaders across entertainment, advertising, technology, and hardware to create the next generation of TV; one that transforms the largest screen in the home into a more engaging, interactive, and valuable experience for both consumers and brands.

At Telly, we believe TV is more than a screen… it’s the heartbeat of the home.

If you’re excited about helping shape the future of television and advertising, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Summary: The Account Manager will support and grow strategic SSP, DSP, agency, and advertiser partnerships across Telly’s advertising business. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Revenue Operations, and Measurement teams to manage campaign execution, optimize monetization performance, and strengthen partner relationships.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, solutions-oriented, and experienced in programmatic advertising and publisher monetization within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a dedicated book of SSP and DSP partner accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining consistent, proactive communication to strengthen relationships and drive performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including media planning, IO and deal setup, launch, optimization, troubleshooting, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Maintain proactive, consistent communication with clients and partners to drive performance, alignment, and long-term growth.
  • Lead QBRs and strategic business reviews, delivering performance insights, roadmap alignment, and partnership expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and activate revenue growth opportunities, including new ad formats, inventory pathways, optimization levers, and custom solutions.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of partner integrations, ad format capabilities, deal configurations, and technical setups.
  • Provide internal visibility into account performance, partner configurations, and monetization opportunities across Sales, Ad Ops, and Product teams.
  • Serve as first-line support for live deal troubleshooting, including delivery diagnostics, pacing issues, and performance gaps.
  • Investigate and resolve no/low-bid scenarios, setup discrepancies, and monetization inefficiencies in collaboration with Ad Ops and Product.
  • Track and report on key account KPIs, including revenue, delivery, retention, and churn risk, proactively identifying areas for optimization.
  • Drive partner retention through performance monitoring, renewal planning, and mitigation strategies for at-risk accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Ad Ops, and Product to streamline workflows, enhance client experience, and scale processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on publisher monetization and yield optimization.
  • Working knowledge of SSP/DSP ecosystems, auction mechanics, and demand partner integrations.
  • Proactive in analyzing delivery trends, diagnosing discrepancies, and working cross-functionally to support campaign and revenue performance.
  • Data-driven and organized, with experience using reporting tools to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Previous experience at an ad tech, TV OEM, CTV Publisher and/or digital media company

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to lead and shape the revenue operations function at an innovative and fast-growing company.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on continuous learning and development.
