Associate Manufacturing Engineer

We’re looking for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Palmyra, NY—a role designed to bridge technical curiosity with practical engineering impact. One moment you’re troubleshooting a process issue on the floor; the next, you’re improving a work instruction, supporting a tooling trial, or helping reduce scrap on a critical product line.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily production by diagnosing and resolving process, equipment, and quality issues
• Improve manufacturing processes, standard work, and documentation
• Participate in tooling trials, prototype builds, and equipment upgrades
• Lead or support root‑cause investigations to reduce scrap and improve throughput
• Contribute to safety improvements through engineering controls and problem‑solving
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, maintenance, and leadership to drive results

What You Bring

• A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

• Exposure to CAD, process improvement, or manufacturing environments is a plus

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $73,000 - $87,000 annually . The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.
