White Glove Exotic Services is hiring a Full-Time Lube / General Service Tech (B/C Level)

White Glove Exotic Services just moved into our brand-new 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility — one of the largest and most advanced exotic and European car shops in the region. We’re not just a repair shop; we’re a full-service training center with in-house engine building, performance upgrades, and custom fabrication. Our quick-service lane is growing fast, and we need a solid B or C-level tech to own it.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has real experience as a B or C tech in general mechanics
• Is extremely organized and detail-oriented (this is non-negotiable)
• Is very well-versed in tires, oil changes, full lube services, suspension work, and alignments
• Is a self-starter who takes pride in doing things right the first time
• Wants to grow — we train and promote from within, so you’ll have the chance to learn engine builds, performance work, and custom fabrication

What you’ll do:

• Handle all quick-service work: oil changes, lube services, tire installs, rotations, and balancing
• Perform suspension inspections, alignments, and basic repairs
• Keep the service lane running smoothly and organized so techs and clients never wait
• Support the full shop with general mechanical work on European and exotic vehicles
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace that matches our high standards
• Work directly with our training program to sharpen skills and move into higher-level engine and performance projects
