Position Overview

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, food quality, and team leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and understands how food, culture, and hospitality come together to create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a kitchen team with a strong focus on culture, consistency, and execution
  • Develop and refine menus rooted in authentic Mexican cuisine with a festive, contemporary edge
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and flavor
  • Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with leadership on seasonal features, events, and concept growth

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong background in Mexican cuisine
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Solid understanding of kitchen financials and cost controls
  • Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous improvement
