Job Summary:
- Collaborate with clients, digital leaders, architects, and technical leads to deliver solutions and support client projects.
- Serve as a key technical member of the cloud team, addressing technical challenges and developing solution prototypes using cloud architecture.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and distributed systems using modern software technologies, cloud-native practices, microservices, containerization, and API-first design.
- Work closely with UX designers, engineers, product owners, solution architects, and analysts to deliver resilient, high-value software products on AWS.
- Support cloud migrations (rehost, re-platform, re-architect) for on-premises systems/applications and data to multi/hybrid cloud environments.
- Apply Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies to plan, implement, and deliver software products with agility.
- Develop both front-end and back-end cloud-native software solutions using technologies such as VueJS, JavaScript, Python, and Django (or alternatives).
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python and JavaScript for full-stack development.
- Mentor, support, and collaborate with team members to solve complex technical issues.
- Build and deploy custom applications on AWS cloud using CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Communicate technical solutions and design alternatives effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- (Preferred) Possess AWS certifications (Developer or Solutions Architect), and experience with tools such as Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, Elasticsearch, Redis, RDS, and MongoDB.
- (Preferred) Experience in writing technical proposals and white papers, and knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework and serverless design patterns.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with customers and engineering solutions.
