• Maintain speed, consistency, and precision in a hands-on production role.
• Explore and implement AI and automation tools to enhance visual design workflows and scalability.
• Work across multiple brands such as diabetes, insulins, and transplant products.

Skills:

• Proficient in creating HTML emails, animated banners, and multi-channel digital content.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand translation.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical, legal, or pharma).
• Ability to manage diverse visual design tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Open to AI-assisted and automated design workflows.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design.
• No specific degree requirements; experience in regulated industries preferred.
