Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to join our professional team. This role provides a meaningful opportunity to positively impact the lives of seniors while working in a supportive and inclusive environment. • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a warm and trusting relationship
• Assist with daily living activities such as eating, walking, dressing, and grooming to promote client independence and well-being
• Work closely with care teams to observe, document, and communicate any changes in clients’ health status
• Engage clients in hobbies and recreational activities tailored to their individual interests and preferences

Requirements

• Experience in in-home care is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate
• Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and care teams
• A compassionate and dependable work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality, non-medical companion care grounded in empathy, dignity, and respect
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment screenings
