Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscaping Foreman. The Landscaping Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew, managing daily job site operations, and ensuring all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising landscape installations and maintenance, coordinating tasks such as planting, mulching, edging, and sod work, and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment. The Foreman will also oversee irrigation-related tasks when needed and ensure all work meets company quality expectations. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on experience in landscaping, along with the ability to communicate clearly with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Execute landscaping services (mulch, sod, planting, edging, cleanups, etc.)
• Supervise garden installations and landscape design implementation
• Operate and manage irrigation systems
• Maintain quality control and attention to detail on all projects
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of landscaping experience
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and design
• Experience with irrigation systems
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in outdoor environments

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• No criminal record
• Must be a legal U.S. citizen
• Must provide 4 professional references
• Must submit a resume

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $35 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.
