Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Support complex litigation from start to finish
- Manage case files, discovery logs, and document indices
- Oversee document production and organize large volumes of case materials
- Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial prep
- Cite-check briefs
- Coordinate with litigation support teams on eDiscovery platforms
- Handle case management across high-stakes litigation (constitutional, civil rights, wildfire, takings, class actions, eminent domain, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a California firm or in-house
- Strong eDiscovery experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data tools)
- Strong legal research skills (Westlaw or Lexis)
- High attention to confidentiality and ethics
