Your Impact as Nurse Manager

In this leadership role, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional patient care and team performance. You’ll lead with compassion, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating nursing care delivery on your assigned unit/shift
• Ensuring all patient care activities meet the highest standards
• Assigning and supporting nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Identifying staff development needs and partnering on training initiatives
• Leading with positivity— celebrating patient milestones and team wins
• Serving as a key decision-maker for patient care and operational success

What You Bring

• Active RN license (state compliant)
• BLS certification (ACLS required within 1 year)
• CRRN certification (to be obtained when eligible)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years recent inpatient hospital experience
• Proven leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Lead, or similar role)
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and drive results

Schedule Details

• Full-time night shift
• Five 8-hour shifts
• On-call and weekend rotation as needed
