Job Description and Duties

Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, within the Performance Management Unit, of the Performance Management Branch, in the Office of Administrative Services, the Analyst II provides consultative services to Department of Industrial Relations' (DIR) managers and supervisors on preventive and corrective levels of performance management, performs a variety of analytical assignments on performance management, and develops and delivers performance management training for supervisors and managers.

Working Conditions

The position is located at:
1416 9th  Street, 13th Floor
Sacramento, CA 95814

The position works in an office setting with natural and artificial lighting and in close proximity to others. The position is required to work extensively on computers, as necessary, to draft letters, other documents, research, email communication, and other purposes. The incumbent may telework. Some travel may be required.
