Compensation Range: $40/hr – $55/hr

Job Description:
This role focuses on driving product-led growth through data-driven experimentation, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own hypothesis-driven growth experiments from setup through measurement
• Define experiment success metrics, guardrails, and testing frameworks
• Partner directly with data science/analytics to interpret results and drive insights
• Build ROI, LTV/CAC, and business impact models with finance partners
• Translate growth insights into product, lifecycle, and business recommendations
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across product, analytics, finance, and marketing
• Move quickly through test-and-learn cycles with strong attention to detail

Must-Haves:

• 3 years in growth product, product-led growth marketing, growth strategy, or analytically driven PMM roles
• Hands-on ownership of A/B testing, multivariate testing, or experimentation roadmaps
• Experience defining test design, success metrics, guardrails, and business impact measurement
• Strong analytical background; must be more than a passive dashboard/report consumer
• Experience partnering directly with data science, analytics, finance, and/or product teams
• Financial modeling experience, including ROI, LTV/CAC, business cases, or P&L impact
• Background in tech, SaaS, marketplace, subscription, or consumer product environments
• Ability to operate in senior IC environments with multiple stakeholders and fast iteration cycles
• Not primarily agency background, nor consulting, brand marketing, PR, communications, or campaign execution focused

• SQL or hands-on data analysis experience
• Background transitioning from product to growth marketing
