What You'll Do

• Analyze remittance and accounts receivable work queues for timely resolution.
• Review claim, payment, and account data to identify and resolve issues.
• Prioritize time-sensitive tasks based on business impact and criticality.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment variances and process gaps.
• Apply critical thinking to research issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status tracking for all assigned work.
• Utilize AI tools to organize work, summarize patterns, and draft communications.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, claims, remittance, or accounts receivable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.

Compensation

Compensation: $14 – $25 hour.
