As a Remote Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope. Your leadership will directly impact the growth and operational excellence of Lovett Dental.

Key Objectives

• Lead the end-to-end management of projects to achieve business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate challenges and keep projects on track.
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including clinical, IT, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor progress and performance, providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive project alignment.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting to support transparency and accountability.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in healthcare, dental, or related industries.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse teams remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage risks, and meet deadlines independently.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Salary: $35 to $55 per hour
