Job Description

No flooring or industry experience? No problem. We provide training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

  • $45,000 guaranteed + upside earnings (paid whichever is higher every pay period) with higher earning potential as you build your pipeline!
  • Strong first-year earning potential: $60,000 – $85,000+
  • Paid training & ongoing mentorship
  • Variety in your day: office, showroom, and customer interaction
  • Relationship-driven sales (not just cold calling)

You’ll build relationships, generate business, and help guide projects from start to finish.

  • Develop new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Meet with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Prepare estimates and coordinate project details
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up on opportunities

Compensation:

$60,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Proactively generate leads, follow up consistently, and develop commercial and residential accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through project completion
  • Prepare accurate estimates using measurements, take-offs, and project details
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and current customers to identify opportunities and ensure satisfaction
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Stay informed on products, market trends, and competitive activity
  • Participate in networking and professional events to grow business relationships
  • Track and document all sales activities, communications, and customer interactions
  • Utilize company systems and meet performance metrics and KPIs 

Qualifications:
  • Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
  • Successful experience providing customer service preferred
  • Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to build relationships and solve problems in a consultative sales environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic math skills for measurements and estimating (square footage, etc.)
  • Comfortable using computers and standard business software (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable with a strong sense of initiative

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customer locations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform both office and on-site work
