Born Hospitality is seeking reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Server Assistants to join our team at Doña Mesa , located in University Mall in Fairfax, VA. Server Assistants play a key role in supporting our service team and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, clean, and efficient dining experience.

If you’re fast-paced, detail-oriented, and thrive behind the scenes while still interacting with guests—we want to meet you.

• Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
• Refill water, assist with guest needs, and anticipate table maintenance
• Stock service stations and ensure all supplies are readily available
• Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Help create a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and team members

• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus (but not required)
