This role involves building high-value relationships with startups and VC firms in Texas, sourcing new business, and serving as a strategic advisor. The VP will manage key accounts and drive growth within the innovation economy.

What You'll Do

• Originate and lead new business opportunities with high-growth startups and VC firms.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for banking products in the innovation economy.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-impact client relationships.
• Represent the bank at industry events and venture conferences.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to founders, CFOs, and VC partners.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design customized banking solutions.
• Drive partnerships with accelerators, incubators, and startup support organizations.

What We're Looking For

• 8-10 years of experience in the venture ecosystem.
• Strong existing network in the Austin and Texas venture capital market.
• Expertise in Business Development and Relationship Management.
• Deep knowledge of the Venture Capital Ecosystem.
• Proven Strategic Advising and Leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Treasury Solutions and Startup Operations.
• Strong Negotiation and Networking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial drive and self-direction.
