Meadowview Behavioral Hospital is a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art psychiatric hospital opening in Peoria, Illinois. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer to help build and lead our clinical program from the ground up .

This is a high‑visibility, on‑site executive leadership role offering a rare opportunity to establish clinical standards, shape hospital culture, and partner directly with executive leadership during the launch of a new behavioral health facility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and medical governance for a newly established psychiatric hospital
• Establish evidence‑based clinical standards and ensure excellence in patient care
• Recruit, mentor, and support psychiatrists and advanced practice clinicians
• Collaborate closely with hospital leadership on program development and service line growth
• Serve as a visible, on‑site medical leader supporting the clinical team
• Optional clinical caseload for those who wish to continue to practice
