Job Title: Office Administrator

Pay Rate: $26–$27 per hour
Overview:
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations for our client's busy office located in South Gate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and is committed to delivering exceptional administrative support. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees
• Manage phone lines, emails, and general office correspondence
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
• Support purchasing, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic presentations as needed
• Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient
• Provide general administrative support to management and internal teams
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable
